Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, ABOUT THE HOUSE Home Inspections LLC provides professional quality service from the moment you contact us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspector association.

Time is scheduled at the end of the inspection to walk through the home with the inspector and discuss the major or severe issues that will be in the report. Although all items in the report may not be discussed on site, the major issues and concerns will be discussed. Less significant common deficiencies will be included in the written report with detailed descriptions and photos if needed. If you are not able to attend the inspection walk through, you can review the report and call Ken to discuss any questions you have.
